Just thought I would mention that Tulsa Photo Group has a flickr page and group just for us local folk to get together and talk about all things photographic and of course a place to showcase your latest work.

Group Trip - 12/14 - Gilcrease Museum - Ansel Adams: A Legacy

We will be attending the Sunday Film Matinee (90 min.) at Gilcrease Museum beginning at 1:30 and then we will tour the exhibit. Everyone should show up a bit early to sign up for the free charter membership currently being offering by the museum.

Travel back in time more than a century and break trail into uncharted landscapes to meet three of the men who captured images of a land considered a mystery. Join William Henry Jackson, Jack Hillers, and Timothy O’Sullivan as they explore Yellowstone and climb the towering peaks of the Teton and Rocky Mountains. Their photographs captured the images of the raw, wild American West and chronicled its transformation through the westward expansion. Produced by KUED Salt Lake City and Ken Verdoia. 1998, 90 minutes. Documentary, not rated.
